I know that depression and anxiety took many years away from me but looking back now, I was able to learn lessons that helped me break through that ugly bubble that I was in and write this eBook.

I know that many people promise to give you tips that will help you heal yourself after you read their material, but I am not here to lie to you.

I am in recovery from depression and anxiety and I wrote this eBook from that place. Because you don’t need to be a completely healthy person in your mind to be happy and mindful of how you live and what you eat.

So allow me to tell you a story about all the things that helped me and that continue helping me today as you are reading this.
